We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join our management team, based at Carlisle, Cumbria. Working closely with the Dealer Principals to lead and effectively manage the service and parts teams across our seven branches; maximising their productivity and exceeding sales and profit targets.
You will be actively involved in implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives. You will require excellent negotiation skills in order to effectively liaise with the manufacturers on all aspect of parts and service.
