Job Description: Reporting to the Dealer Principal at our Carlisle branch, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the branch’s sales area. Your primary role will be to direct the sales team, providing leadership towards the achievement of profitability and growth - as well as expanding the customer base in the marketing area and contributing to the development of training programs for our team of Sales Representatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market to attain company sales goals and profitability;
• The performance and development of the Account Executives;
• Preparing action plans for individuals as well as the team for effective searching of sales leads and prospects;
• Providing feedback to senior management regarding performance;
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Sales Manager or a Sales Representative with a proven track record within the industry and looking for the next challenge in their career. You will also have a flexible approach to working hours and weekend working.
You will be a team player, with a keen eye for detail and will have the appropriate IT skills for a modern PC-based environment.
